One stop from King's Cross

King's Cross is one of the most connected places in the country, and that makes Farringdon especially easy to reach from here. Whether you work in the offices and studios around Granary Square, study nearby, or arrive at the station from further afield, my room is a single stop away.

This matters more than it might seem. When therapy is easy to get to, it is easier to keep coming, especially in the weeks when things feel harder and the effort of a long journey might otherwise put you off.

Fitting therapy around commuting

Many people who pass through King's Cross are commuters. They travel in from Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire or further north and want a psychotherapist who sits naturally on their route between home and work.

For weeks you work from home, sessions can take place online instead, so you do not need to travel into London just for an appointment.

What I can help with

I am an integrative psychotherapist and a registered member of the BACP, working with adults individually and with couples. People come to me with anxiety, OCD, low mood, trauma, work stress and burnout, grief, relationship difficulties and periods of change. Some arrive knowing exactly what they want to talk about; others simply feel that something is not right and want to understand it better.

I combine person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT-informed approaches, at a pace that feels manageable for you.

The room

Away from the bustle of the station, the room in Farringdon is quiet and private. It is a calm, comfortable space where you can talk freely, without being overheard and without feeling rushed.

If you would like to talk things through before committing, I offer an initial consultation. You can find out more about fees or get in touch to arrange a time.
