About me

Hello, I’m Meltem

I’m an integrative psychotherapist registered with the BACP. I work with adults online across the UK and internationally, and in person in Farringdon, Central London.

My approach

Working alongside you, at your pace

My work is trauma-informed, which means we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, with awareness of how past experiences can shape present thoughts, feelings and relationships.

I specialise in supporting adults with anxiety, OCD, trauma and depression. I also work with relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, stress and burnout, grief and loss, and with people who feel stuck or are going through big life changes. I work with neurodivergent clients too, in a way that adapts to you.

Loss can take many forms: the death of someone close, the end of a relationship, a major life change, or a sense of disconnection from yourself. Therapy offers a space to process these experiences and move towards greater clarity and steadiness.

In our first sessions we gently explore what has been happening for you and begin to build a shared understanding of what might help. Therapy is a space to explore your experiences, notice patterns that may be repeating, and support meaningful change over time.

You decide what we talk about and how fast we go. There is no script to follow.

  • Honest

If I think a different kind of support would suit you better, I will tell you and help you find it.

I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk alongside you.
