A therapy practice in the heart of Farringdon

My practice is based in Farringdon, on the edge of Clerkenwell. I see adults individually and couples here for therapy with anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, stress and burnout, grief and many of the other things that bring people to therapy.

Farringdon is easy to reach. Since the Elizabeth line opened, the station has become one of the best connected in London, with Thameslink and the Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines all stopping here too. For many people that means a single train from home or work, without needing to cross the city.

What the room is like

The room is private, quiet and comfortable, set away from the noise of the street. It is a private space where you can talk without being overheard.

I keep the practicalities straightforward. Sessions usually take place at a regular time each week, and you will have all the details you need before your first visit. You can read more about what to expect in a first session and about fees.

Who comes to therapy in Farringdon

Farringdon is convenient for people who live locally in Clerkenwell and the surrounding streets, people who work in the area's offices, studios and hospitals, and people travelling in from elsewhere. Some come for a few months to work through something specific; others prefer longer, open-ended therapy.

My approach is integrative, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT-informed ways of working, at a pace that feels manageable. I am a registered member of the BACP and work within its Ethical Framework.

Mixing in-person and online sessions

Life does not always allow for a weekly trip into central London. If you are travelling, unwell or simply short of time, we can meet online instead and pick up where we left off. Many people find it helpful to know that option is there.

If you would like to find out whether working together might suit you, I offer an initial consultation. You can get in touch here.
